I have been craving pork lately. If you couldn’t tell from the Broccoli Bacon Salad post – https://modernwifetale.com/2015/08/17/broccoli-bacon-salad/. Fried pork, baked pork, sautéed with veggies, pork tacos, bacon, ham, hmmmm…… Well here is my easy peasy pork recipe that is great for a horseradish and pork lover!
Horseradish Pork Chop
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup of panko crumbs
- 1/4-1/2 cup horseradish (depends on preference)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9″ x 13″ glass dish. Mix the butter, panko & horseradish. If you prefer a stronger flavor add more horseradish. Salt and pepper the pork chops to taste. Place pork chops in the glass dish and equally spread out the butter/panko/horseradish mixture on top. Bake for 45 minutes. Let the pork rest for a few minutes before cutting into it.
This is an easy dish for dinner. I like it with roasted potatoes and a side salad. Plus I can curb this pork craving with just a few easy ingredients. Any great pork recipes you like for dinner?
